Keymate Mobile Services – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

Call-out fees: A standard $35 call-out fee applies. Fees may vary for after-hours, weekends, holidays, or emergency jobs.
Quotations: Quotes are provided by technicians after inspection on-site. Some quotes may be given over the phone, but final costs can vary depending on work required.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of service.
Surcharges: A 2.2% surcharge applies to all card transactions. Amex may attract a higher surcharge.
Cancellations: Jobs cancelled after dispatch of a technician may still incur the call-out fee.
Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms limits your protections under Australian Consumer Law.
